duly called and held January .12, 1976, abolished the oHice o'f Acting
Treasurer, and

WHEREAS, references to the Acting Treasurer and the person
appointed es slIch in the fOllrth and fifth paragraphs of Resolu-

NOW_ THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the

RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-3
TO DELETE REFERENCES TO ACTING TREASURER
IN THIRD PARAGRAPH THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Counci I of the City of Arden Hi 115, at a

meeting duly called and held on January 12, 1976, abolished
the office of Acting Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the references to Acting Treasurer and the
officer appointed as such in paragraph 3, item number I, of
Resolution No. 76-3 should therefore be stricken,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that paragraph 3,
item number
of Resolution No. 76-3 Is hereby amended to read
as follows:
RESOLVED, that

is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give
