RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS
BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCT! ONS

WHEREAS, The First National Sank of St. Paul Is. a deposi-
tory In which funds of the City of Arden Hills may be deposited,
and a corporate resolution with respect thereto Is presently in
effect authorizing the deposit,and withdrawal of funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hi 115 desires to add to and
supplement said corporate resolution with the following resolu-
tion:

to transfer funds on deposit with the Bank:

the Bank; or

other ban ks .
2. The Bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instruc-
tions received by It from anyone who represents himself to be any
of the above-named persons whether or not hls.voice resembles the
voice of such person.
