introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-44
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT OF INDIAN OAKS 2 ADDITION
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in
the city of Arden Hills west of North Hamline Avenue and north
of Indian Oaks Trail, legally described as follows:
South 1/2 of North 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Sec. 22, Town
30N, Range 23W, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
except the East 470 feet thereof and Lot
2, Block Indian Oaks, Ramsey County,
except the East 242 feet thereof
by the construction of sanitary

sewer, watermain, bituminous
and necessary appurte-
nances, filed with the Council bn october~, 1975, is
hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of

owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sec. 429.035.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:

That the petition be referred to the city consulting
engineers for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed, advising the council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended. pursuant to M.S.
429.031, subd. I, the city consulting engineers are also
hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council plans
and specifications for the construction of said improvement
and prepare such other information as will be helpful in
determining the feasibility and desirability of said improve-
ment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Win~ert
and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeaw,
Woodburn, Wingert, Crichton
and the following voted against the same: None (Feyerelsen abstained)
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
