CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 75-43
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey
County by resolution dated October 10, 1975, classified as
nonconservation land, certain land lying within the limits of
the City of Arden Hi lis; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolu-
tion together with a list of the land classified has been sub-
mitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land
classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification
of the land shown on said list as nonconservatlon land and
the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and
hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this re-
solution In the Office of the Land Commissioner.
Passed and approved by the City Councl I this 20th day
of Octobe r, 1975.
