Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills. Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday the 29th day of September , 1975, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Counci Imen Feyereisen, Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn and the following were absent: None Councilman Win 06 rt introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-42 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1 as last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 5, 1973, for the purpose of ~pcluding installments thereof to be collected along with . real estate taxes commencing in 1974; and > " , WHEREAS. since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- veyed by previous property owners: and WHEREAS. the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that 4It apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided. sold or conveyed. be made by the city Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. commencing with an assess- ment to be collected in the year 1974 and thereafter. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman F"y"r"l""n , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau, Cri chton, Feyerelsen Wingert, Woodburn and the foi1owing voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ~ (lJ}~ ?U-n.
