Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, on Monday the .1 I -th day of

The following members were present: Crepeau, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: Crichton, Feyerelsen
Councilman
Woodburn
introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-32
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1 as
last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and certified
to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 5, 1973, for the
purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with
real estate taxes commencing in 1974, and
WHBRBAS. since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con-
.
veyed by previous property owners 1 and
WHBREAS. the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed. be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter. canmencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1974 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills.
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 6. 1973,
against the following described properties:
