Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
City Council

State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, ~s duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Saint :l?aul, Minnesota, on Monday the !J.:!:.!!... day of AUQust ,
1975, at 8:00 o'elock p.m.
The following members were present:
Crepeau, WIngert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: Crichton, Feyereisen

introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-29
RESOLUTION RELATING TO
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary
Sewer Improvements NoS. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28,
1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, on October 28, 1970 for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes
commencing in 19711 and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplementa~ assessments and re-
assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ments Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which
. time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary sewer Improvements
Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of
said date, to be certified and filed in the office of the
County Auditor of Ramsey county, on December 30, 19701 and
WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner1 and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to oe collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28, 1970
and as amended as of November 30, 1970 against the following

is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this reso-
lution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman
Wlnqert
, and upon
vote being taken thereon, the fol1owinq voted in favor thereof:
Crepeau, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
