RESOLUTION NO. 75~28
.
WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting held April 14,
1975, the Arden Hills City Council approved the draft of the pro-
posed enabling legislation related to Increase In firemen's Service
pensIons for the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, and
WHEREAS, local approval must come after final enactment
of the bill,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. that the City Council of
the City of ' Arden Hills does hereby approve Minnesota laws, 1975,
Chapter 124, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the Clerk Administrator Is
hereby authorized and directed 1'0 submi1' a Certificate of Approval of
the Special law and copy of this resolution to the Secra1'ary of S1'ate,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 645.02 and 645.021.

28th day of July, 1975.
