Minnesota. was held in the City Hall on 7: 30 8~00 o'clock p.m. l.jav 19 . 1975, at The following members were present: Crichton, Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn and the following were absent: Crepeau ,.. ,.. ,.. ,.. * * The City Clerk Administrator presented to the Council the proposed assessment roll for Nursery Bill plat Improvement of 1974 prepared by her with the assistance of the City consulting engineers as directed by the Council on April 21, 1975. and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in her office and open to PUblic inspection. Councilman Fe v e re i 5 e n then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75 - 2 3 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR BEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMEm' FOR NURSERY BILL PLAT IMPROVEMENl' OF 1974 . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the City of Arden Bills. Minnesota. that the proposed assessment roll for Nursery Hill plat Improvement of 1974 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. is approved. and the Clerk Administrator is directed to pUblish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on I,] n p I Ii , 1975, at the' City Hall _.( . .' . in the City of Arden Hills, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, that the amount of $1,311.30 in connection with Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 will be assessed as a part of this proposed assessment, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of the City at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the puzpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such on the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that the County Treasurer include his name on the records for this purpose. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman if; i nQA r+ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cri chton, Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 2auY: O~ 7J??4;'- .
