CORPORATE AUTHORiZATION RESOLUTION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75~1
WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting duly called and held
March 31, 1975, the Arden Hill s City Counc i I accepted, with regret,
the resigna'i-ion of Treasurer Richai~d O'Kelly, declaring a vacancy
exists for the position of City Treasurer, and
WHERE.I\S, Councillnan Charles F. Crichton was duly appointed
Acting Treasurer "for the City of Arden Hi lis,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that checks of this corpora-
tion dra,m 0" the FirST "Iational Bank of St, Paul and The Rosev! I ie
State Bank, herainafter-:al 'ed the Bank, ant' order's for transfer
or withdrawal of the funds of this corporation on deposit in said
Bank, in \./hai-ever form, sha! I be signed by three of the following
officers:
Mayor or Acting Mayor
Clerk Administrator or Deputy Clerk
"rreasurer or Acting Treasurer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ths Clerk Administrator is author-
ized to use a signature stamp at such times that it becomes legal
and/or nece5sarv for the Mayor or for the Treasurer; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that tha said Bank is hereby authorized
and directed to honor an~ pay any checks 50 drawn as above set forth,
whether or not such checks be payable to the order of one of the
