Minnesota. was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96. St. Paul. Minnesota. on Monday, the 24 day of Februarv , 1975 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn and the following were absent: None Councilman Crichton introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-10 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER DiJPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 BE IT RESOLVED. by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve- ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September . 24. 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968. for the purpose of including install- ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes com- mencing in 1969: and WHERtAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and . conveyed by previous property owners~ and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
