Extr~ct of Minutes of Meeting
of the Ci ty Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey COUnty,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Cit,-y Hall at 1450 West Highway 96,
St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the -L.:L day of January, 1975, at
8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton,
Wingert, Woodburn, Feyeralsen
and the following were absent:
none
CouncIlman Wingert
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 75-5
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 74-40 AND APPORTIONING ASSESSMENTS
RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT No. 68-1
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills,
Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-40 was adopted on November 25, 1974,
and
WHEREAS, after its adoption it was determined that Resolution
No. 74-40 could not be programmed through Ramsey County Data Pro-
cessing because of a prepayment:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 74-40 adopted
,November 25, 1974, M and is hereby rescinded and declared null
and void.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows:

WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 68-1
as last finally adopted on OCtober 6, 1969, was filed and certified
to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6, 1969, for
the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along
with real estate taxes commencing in 1970: and

WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed'
by previous property owners; and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
City Council 'of the City of Arden HillS, in order that the proper
assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel
of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected
in the year 1970 and thereafter.
NOH THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments
as contained in said assessment roll of OCtober 6, 1969, against
the following described properties:

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman
Crichton
, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crepeau, Crichton, Wlnqert, Woodburn, Feyerelsen
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
Administrator of the City of Arden Bills of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City
Council held on the -ll- day of January, 1975, with the original
thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom, insofar as the same relates to
rescinding previous resolution and apportionment of assessments.
