RESOLUTION APPROV!NG 1975 LABOR AGREEMENT
WiTH INTERNATIONAL UNiON OF OPERATING
ENGINEERS, LOCAL NO. 49
WHEREAS, M.$,A, 179,Subd. 4 requires that the City
of Ad-den Hi I is <ll1d the /nt<Jl"na'l'ional Union of Operatinq Engineers,
Local No. 49, as the exclusive representative of the City's
Public Works employeos, enter into a written contract containing
thci agresd-upon terms and conditions of employment of such employees,
and

WHEREAS, represel1tatlves of the City and the Union
have aQreed upon the terms and conditions of employment of such
PublIc Works employees for the years 1975 and 1976, and a 1975
Labor Aqreement, embracil1c such terms and conditions, has been
prepared, and
ViHEHEAS" M,S.A, i79,70, Subd. 2, reauires thai' the
City Implement the terms and conditions of such Aqreement by
means of a Resolutioo$
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Council
of the City of Arden HI I Is that the 1975 Labor AQreement between
Arden Hi f Is and the international Union of Operatinp En(1ineers,
Loco, 110. 49 be and i'i' hereDv is in ul I r'espec.i's adopted and
approved in the form submitt~d. and the ~ayor and the Clerk~
Adminis~rBtor of the City be and they hereby are authorized to
execute the sarna on behalf of the City.
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the terms and conditions
contail1sd in said Aqreement be and they hereby are incorporated
he!-ein by reference and pre made a part hereo'f as if they were
fully set forth bsreii1.
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, 'rhat the Clerk-Administl"ator
bB and she hereby is authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution to be fl led with the Public Employment
Re!a-~ior5 Soard a~d to forward an additional certified copy
hsreof to the l~ternDtlonal Union of Operating Engll1ears, Local
No. 49.
