RESOLUTION NO. 75-L
DESIGNATION OF JEPOSITORIES AND
CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION RESOLU-
TION
This is to Certify: That at a meeting of the City Council
of Arden Hi lis duly called and held January 2, 1975, the following
resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED, that the First National Bank of St. Paul and The
Roseville State Bank shal I be the official depositories for all funds
of the City of Arden Hitls for the calendar year 1975; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shai I, from
'time to time, ascertain that adequate security, as required by the
laws o-f the State of Minnesota, is -furnished by such depositories to
protect the City's deposited f~nds against financial loss; and
BE IT FI'RTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn
on the ~irst National Bank of St. Paul and The Rosevil Ie State Bank,
hereinafter eal led the Bank, and orders for transf~r or wtthdrawal
of the funds of this corporation on deposit in said Bank, in whatever
form, shat' be signed by three of the following offlcersL

lowed by the titie or office of the person signing,
