RESOLUTION NO. 06-23
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR THE 2006 PRIMARY
AND GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the State Primary Election is September 12, 2006, and the State General
Election .is November 7, 2006; and
WHEREAS, J\finnesota Statutes 204B.16 requires the City Council, by ordinance or
resolution, to designate the polling places for the City for these elections.
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.14 Subd,C. requires precinct boundaries be
reestablished within 60 days of redistricting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council hereby
designates the follo'\vlng precincts and polling places:
