RESOLUTION No. 05-05
RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS
WHEREAS, the U.S. Bank St. Paul, N. A. is the depository in which funds ofthe City of Arden
I-Iills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in effect authorizing the
deposit and withdrawal of funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution
with the following resolution:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that anyone of the following persons: Michelle A. Wolfe, City Administrator; Murtuza
Siddiqui, Treasurer; Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor, is authorized, on behalf of this corporation, to give
instructions by telephone to the U.S. BANK ST PAUL, N. A., to transfer funds on deposit with the bank:

to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or
to other accounts of this corporation with other banks.
2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by it from anyone who
represents himselfto be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembles the
voice of such person.
3 _ The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to honor telephone instructions and to insist
upon written instructions signed by anyone of the persons named in paragraph I ofthis resolution.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
10th DAY OF JANUARY, 2005.
