A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CYNTHIA A. WHEELER AS A PARKS, TRAILS, AND
RECREATION COMMITTEE MEMBER
WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints residents to scrve in an advisory capacity
to the City Council regarding parks, trails, and recreation issues;
TI-IEREI<ORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council appoints Cynthia A. Wheelcr to
serve on the Parks, Trail, and Recreation Committec.
