RESOLUTION NO. 05-34
A RESOLUTION
APPROVING NO PARKING ALONG DVNLAP STREET AJ\J) GREY FOX ROAD
S.A.P. 187-112-01 and 187-105-03 from Red Fox Road to Grey Fox Road on Dunlap Street and
from Lexington Avenue to TH51 on Grey Fox Road in Arden Hills Minnesota.
WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this 9th day of May, 2005, by the City of
Arden Hills in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has plauned the improvement of Dunlap Street and
Grey Fox Road, State Aid Route 187-112-01 and 187-105-03 from Red Fox Road to Grey Fox
Road on Dunlap Street and from Lexington Avenue to TH51 on Grey Fox Road in Arden Hills,
Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the
improvements of this Street; and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides
of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project
must therefore be conditioned upon ccrtain parking restrictions.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: That the City of Arden Hills shall ban
thc parking of motor vehicles on Dunlap Street and Grey Fox Road at all timcs.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
9TH DAY OF MAY, 2005.
