RESOLUTION NO. 05-42
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT/SPECIAL USE
PERMIT AND FINAL PLAT FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC.
WHEREAS: on May 1, 2005 Holiday Stationstores, Inc. submitted a completed
application for review of a Planned Unit Development/Special Use Permit and
Plat which would allow the construction of a gas station with a convenience store
and car wash at the southwest corner of Highway 96 and Round Lake Road.
WHEREAS: on June 1, 2005, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission
reviewing the application by Holiday Stationstores, Inc. and at the conclusion of
the public hearing the Planning Commission unanimously recommended
approval subject to 10 conditions of approval.
WHEREAS: on June 27, 2005, the City Council received the recommendations of the
Planning Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills
approves the Planned Unit Development/Special Use Permit and Final Plat fOr Holiday
Stationstores, Inc., dated June 27,2005.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 27th
DAY OF JUNE, 2005.
