RESOLUTION NO. 05-52
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR
3568 RIDGEWOOD COURT
WHEREAS: on July 27,2005 William Mitchell, the property owner of 3568 Ridgewood
Court, submitted a completed application for review of a Minor Subdivision and
Lot Consolidation which would subdivide a 5,600 square foot triangular piece of
property from 3568 Ridgewood Court and consolidate the 5,600 square foot
piece with the property directly north at 3576 Ridgewood Court in Arden Hills.
WHEREAS: on August 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewing the application by
William Mitchell and at the conclusion of the public hearing the Planning
Commission recommended approval subject to one (1) condition of approval and
after making a finding that the proposed subdivision and consolidation will not
have an adverse impact on the surrounding properties or on the community as a
whole.
WHEREAS: on August 8, 2005, the City Council received the recommendations of the
Planning Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills
approves the Minor Subdivision and Lot Consolidation for 3568 Ridgewood Court,
dated August 8, 2005.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 8TH
DAY OF AUGUST, 2005.
