RESOLUTION NO. 05-56
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills proposes pond construction and storm sewer improvement
along Trunk Highway 51 as part of the 2005 PMP Street Improvement Project,
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into MnlDOT Agreement No. 88611 with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for maintenance and operation of a detention pond by the City within the City limits
along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 51, as defined in said Agreement.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that Beverly Aplikowski, the Mayor of Arden Hills is
authorized to execute the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
IDLLS, MINNESOTA, that the City of Arden Hills hereby will agree to the MnDOT Agreement
No. 88611 to maintain the detention pond along Trunk Highway 51.
ADOPTED by the Council this 26"' day of September, 2005.
