RESOLUTION NO. 05-58
RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYEE EVALUATION AND SALARY STEP
INCREASE FOR THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR PER THE EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR MICHELLE WOLFE
WHEREAS, on September 2, 2003, the City of Arden Hills entered into an
employment agreement with Michelle Wolfe to serve as City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, certain provisions of the employment are to be periodically amended
for City Administrator Wolfe's continuing employment with the city; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council met in closed session on September 26th,
2005, to review the perfonnance of the City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council gave a positive performance evaluation to
the City Administrator and agreed to a salary step increase per the City's employment
agreement and approved compensation plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council do hereby
amend the employment agreement as follows:
Salary: The City of Arden Hills agrees to pay Ms. Wolfe a monthly salary increase from step
4 to step 5, effective September 2,2005. Thereafter, performance and salary reviews will be
perfonned annually in accordance with the City's Personnel Policy.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
