A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
THE SHOREVIEW/ARDEN HILLS BULLETIN
AS THE
LEGAL NEWSPAPER
WHEREAS, the City Council annually designates a local publication as the City's legal
newspaper;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City of Arden Hills designates The
Shoreview/Arden Hills Bulletin as the 2004 Legal Newspaper.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
12th DAY OF JANUARY, 2004.

Hills. The Bulletiu has been serving the needs of the Arden Hills area for 29 years, and is pleased t"
provide ongoing coverage of city government and school issues and community events.
Lillie Suburban Newspapers is the oldest weekly newspaper company in the SI. Paul area. It \V<I>
founded in 1938 by the late T. R. Lillie. His son, N. Theodore Lillie, and grandson, Jeffery Lnrigil t.
are continuing the family tradition of publishing award-winning community newspapers in tile SI

It is our sincere desire to provide the best possible local news coverage inlhe Arden Hiils area. ()UI

The Bulletin has the official designation of the neighboring communities of Mounds View, New
Brighton, SI. Anthony, and Mounds View School District 621.
Noon Friday is the deadline each week for submitting public notices to our office. Late puhlic
notices are accepted up to 10 a.m. Monday for the Wednesday newspaper. Public notices sl",uld 10,

Legal publication rates for minutes, advertisements for bids and other notices are as ro]lo\\"s:
$3.14 per column inch for a one-time publication
$2.88 per column inch for each additional publication
