RESOLUTION No. 04-20
AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
COUNTY ROAD E PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the pedestrian trails and walkways of
County Road E,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: that the proposed improvement bc referred to City
Engineer, Greg BrownfURS for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it
should best be made as proposcd or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
ADOPTED by the Council this 26th day of January, 2004.
