<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />.-A~HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 04-22 <br /> <br />ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />2004 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (PMP) FOR <br />EDGEW ATER NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted thel Oth day of November, 2003, fixed <br />a date for a Council hearing on the proposed cost of improving the streets, sanitary sewer and <br />waterworks within the Edgewater Neighborhood of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />AND, WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice oflhe hearing <br />was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of January, 2004 at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br />report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted the lOth <br />day of November, 2003. <br />3. Greg Brown/URS is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
