RESOLUTION No. 04-33
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PREMISES PERMIT FOR THE LIGHT BRIGADE TO
CONDUCT CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT MCGUIRE'S
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that the City agrees to approve premises permit to allow the Light
Brigade to conduct charitable gambling activities at McGuires's Bar and Grill, 1201
County Road E, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
29th DAY OF MARCH, 2004.
