RESOLUTION NO. 04-40
A RESOLUTION
ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION
FOR CUMMINGS PARK DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has planned the improvement of Cummings
Park Drive in conjunction with thc expansion of the Guidant Corporate Site, and
WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on
both sides of the street and cul-de-sac area with consideration of the safety of the
traveling public.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the Council of the
City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on Cummings
Park Drive (including cul-de-sac) at all times and authorize the installation of appropriate
slgnage.
ADOPTED by the Council this lOth day of May, 2004.
