RESOLUTION NO. 04-50
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGN LOCATION ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
LAKE VALENTINE ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF CRYSTAL AVENUE
AND LAKE VALENTINE ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the placement of regulatory traffic
signage along City streets; and
WHEREAS, a "No Left Turn 7:00-8:00 a.m. During the School Year" sign will
be installed in the City's right-of-way, located on the north side of Lake Valentine Road
at the Crystal A venuelLake Valentine Road intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the "No Left Turn 7:00-8:00
a.m. During the School Year" sign be installed in the City's right-of-way, located on the
north side of Lake Valentine Road at the Crystal AvenuelLake Valentine Road
intersection as generally shown in Exhibit A.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 13th day of September, 2004.
