CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2026-002 <br /> On the 9' day of March 2026, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Appendix A of <br /> Ordinance No. 2026-002, and by five affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, <br /> Subd. 4, directed that a summary of Appendix A of Ordinance 2026-002 be published. <br /> Appendix A of Ordinance 2026-002 entitled"Amended 2026 Fee Schedule" an Ordinance <br /> Relating to Fees Payable within the City of Arden Hills for 2026. The primary purpose of the <br /> ordinance is to update the Municipal Code to reflect fees for the calendar year of 2026. <br /> A full copy of Appendix A of Ordinance 2026-002 is available for inspection by any person <br /> during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West <br /> Highway 96,Arden Hills,Minnesota 55112.
