RESOLUTION NO. 03-23
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 2002
PAY EQUITY REPORT
WHEREAS, the Local Government Pay Equity Act, Minnesota Statutes 471.991-
471.999 and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 3920 requires submittal of a Pay Equity Implementation
Report, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is now required to submit such report to the
Department of Employee Relations, and;
WHEREAS, the City contracted with Labor Relations Associates, Inc. (LRA) to review
the Arden Hills 2002 pay plan and LRA found that such plan is in compliance with State
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that it accepts the 2002 Pay Equity Implementation Report and directs staff to
submit such report to the Department of Employee Relations.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
10th day of February, 2003.
