RESOLUTION NO. 03-24
A RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING OF
STATE RUN GAMING IN THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that State run gaming establishments located
within the City limits of Arden Hills are not found to be in compliance with the vision and
mission of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that it disapproves of any State run gaming establishments located within its
City limits,
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
