RESOLUTION NO. 03-25
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AARON PARRISH AS
INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Council may appoint employees for the City as deemed necessary
for the proper management and operation of City affairs, and,
WHEREAS, Aaron Parrish is currently employed by the City as Director of Community
Services.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the City Council hereby appoints Aaron Parrish to
serve as the interim Administrator/Clerk, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: the City Council approves the compensation for
Aaron Parrish at a fifteen percent (15%) salary increase to the current step in the Pay Plan for
Director of Community Services until such time that the Council appoints a permanent
Administrator/Clerk.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
24th day of February, 2003.
