RESOLUTION No. 03-29
A RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING THE
2003 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN
ASSESSMENT RATES
WHEREAS, upon completion of a prelitninary report, the City of Arden Hills
ordered the making of the 2003 Street Improvements; and
WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans
and specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 2003 Pavement Management
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has deternllned that the 2003 Pavement
Management Plan consists of two distinct levels of street repair; and the reconstruction of
Karth Lake East and Ingerson Neighborhood streets, and
WHEREAS, those levels will be total street reconstruction, and bituminous overlay.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota the following assessment rates shall be effective for the 2003 PMP
unprovements:
1. $12.00 per frontage foot for mill and overlay
2. $47.00 per frontage foot for reconstruction (24 foot street width)
3. $49.00 per frontage foot & double frontage lots on Ingerson Road
and Ingerson Court
3. $51.00 per frontage foot for reconstruction (28 foot street width)
