Resolution No. 03-30
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING
DATA PRACTICES PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, Minnesota Cities shall adopt a Data Practices Procedure in
compliance with the requirements of the Minnesota Data Practices Act (Minnesota Statutes
13.03, Subd.2 and 13.05, Subd. 5 & 8.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED, that the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills approves and adopts the (attached) Data Practices Procedures.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota this 28th
Day of April, 2003.
