RESOLUTION NO. 03-32
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING
PERSONNEL DECISIONS INTERNATIONAL (POI) AS THE
EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRM
WHEREAS, the position of City Administrator/Clerk is currently vacant and the
City Council directed staff to prepare requests for proposals for search firms to assist the
City Council in its hiring process of a City Administrator/Clerk.
WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the proposals as submitted
by ten (10) responding executive search firms.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills, that the City shall enter into an agreement with Personnel Decisions
International (PDI) to assist in the hiring process of a City Administrator/Clerk at a fee
not to exceed $20,000.
ADOPTED by the Council this 31 st day of March, 2003.
