RESOLUTION NO. 03-35
A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF
LIFT STATIONS 2 and 5
WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills
ordered the reconstruction of Lift Stations 2 and 5.

WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans
and specifications addressing the necessary requirements for reconstruction of Lift Stations
and 5.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of
Arden Hills, Minnesota that it approves the plans and specifications for the reconstruction
of Lift Stations 2 and 5, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills to
hereby direct URS to advertise bids for the reconstruction of Lift Stations 2 and 5.
ADOPTED by the Council this 14'h day of April, 2003.
