Home My WebLink About03-036 - - . ~ ~~HILLS City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 03-36 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION FOR INGERSON ROAD AND HAMLINE AVENUE WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has planned the improvement of Ingerson Road and Hamline A venue, and WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements of these streets, and WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore bc conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: bv the Council of the City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on Ingerson Road and Hamline Avenue at all times.
