Resolution No. 03-38
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING
VISION AND CORE VALUES
WHEREAS, the City Council's vision of Arden Hills as a community that values
its unique environment, fiscal soundness and the tradition as a desirable City in which to
live, work and play, and
WHEREAS, in bringing that vision into the future, the City Council is committed
to maintaining and building on core values.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills approves and adopts its Vision and Core Values as follows:
VISION
A strong community that values our unique environment, our fiscal soundness, and our
tradition as a desirable City in which
to live, work and play.
CORE VALUES
In bringing our vision into the future, we are committed to maintaining and building on our
core values:
· Strong neighborhoods and businesses
· Community involvement and integration of old and new
· Fiscal responsibility
· Environmental awareness and stewardship
· Effective, timely, and inclusive communication
· Responsible stewardship of infrastructure, parks and trails
· Community-based planning
· Efficient and effective police and fire protection
