RESOLUTION NO. 03-39
A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE 2003 SEALCOATING PROJECT
WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills
ordered the making of the 2003 Sea1coating Project; and
WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans
and specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 2003 Sea1coating Project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: that the City Council does hereby approve
authorization to advertise for the 2003 Sealcoating Project as part of the 2003 Capitol
Improvements Program for sea1coating of City streets in the area bound by Highway 96,
Hamline Avenue, Snelling Avenue and 1-694 and, to include Benton Way/Harriet
Lane/Pine Tree Drive.
ADOPTED by the Council this 28th day of April, 2003.
