RESOLUTION NO. 03-46
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 2002 INDEPENDENT
AUDIT REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2002
WHEREAS, the City entered into an agreement with Abdo, Abdo, Eick and
Meyer to provide an independent annual financial audit for the year ending December 31,
2002, and,
WHEREAS, at its May 19, 2003 Work Session, the City Council received and
reviewed the annual financial report as provided by Abdo, Abdo, Eick and Meyer.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby accepts the
Annual Financial Audit Report for the year ending December 31, 2002
ADOPTED by the City Council this 27th day of May, 2003.
