CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 03-62 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CONTINUATION DATE FOR THE TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED TAXES PAYABLE IN 2004 WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Arden Hills adopted Resolution #03-58, A Resolution Adopting Truth in Taxation Public Hearing Dates for Proposed 2004 Taxes Payable; and WHEREAS, staff certified the dates to the County Auditor; and WHEREAS, M.S. 275.065 subdivision 6) indicates that "...the continuation hearing must be at least 5 business days but no more than 14 business days after the initial hearing;" and WHEREAS, the current continuation date is only 3 business days from the original hearing. NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that the continuation date for the Truth in Taxation Hearing be rescheduled to December 8, 2003 at 6:30 pm. RESOLUTION NO. 03-63 CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR CATHY SMITHKNECHT WHEREAS, Ms. Cathy Smithknecht has been appointed and reappointed to the Arden Hills Planning Commission; and, WHEREAS, Ms. Smithknecht served as an active member of the Planning Commission since 2002; and, WHEREAS, Ms. Smithknecht has resigned from her position on the Planning Commission after more than a year of dedicated service; and, WHEREAS, in her tenure, Ms. Smithknecht gained the respect and gratitude of those who had the privilege of working with her on the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, on behalf of the residents of the City of Arden Hills, expresses its appreciation to Ms. Cathy Smithknecht for her dedicated and devoted service on the Arden Hills Planning Commission.
