Resolution 03-66
A Resolution Reeeiving Feasibility Report and Calling a Publie Hearing
for the
Improvement of Edgewater Neighborhood Streets (2004 PMP)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 03-64, which the Council adopted October
27, 2003, a feasibility report has been prepared by City Engineer Greg Brown!URS with
reference to the improvement of streets in the Edgewater neighborhood, and this report
was received by the Council on November 10, 2003, and
WHEREAS, the report provided information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for
a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$1,089,000.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the
26th day of January, 2004, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at
7 :00 p.m. and the Deputy Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
ADOPTED by the Council this 10th day of November, 2003.
