COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO FRAN HOLMES
WHEREAS, Mrs. Fran Holmes has been appointed to the Arden Hills Communications
Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs, Fran Holmes has served as an active member of the Communications
Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Fran Holmes provided valuable information to Arden Hills residents as a
writer for Arden Hills Notes; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Fran Holmes has resigned from her position on the Communications
Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Fran Holmes gained the respect and gratitude of those who had the
privilege of working with her on the Communications Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, on
behalf of the residents of the City of Arden Hills, expresses its appreciation to Fran Holmes for her
dedicated and devoted service on the Arden Hills Communications Committee.
