CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION IDENTIFIYING TRANSPORTATION AND REDEVELOPMENT PRIORITIES
WHEREAS, the 1-35W Corridor Coalition has requested that transportation and
redevelopment priorities be identified for the member communities; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills identified several transportation and redevelopment
priorities requiring legislative action, intergovernmental cooperation, and support from one or
more Coalition members; and,
WHEREAS, transportation and redevelopment priorities in the City of Arden Hills include:

Highway 96 Reconstruction and Interchange Improvements
Hamline Avenue
Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant
Gateway Redevelopment
Guidant Expansion I Redevelopment; and,
WHEREAS, more detailed information on each transportation and redevelopment priority
is included as "Attachment A"; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
considers the above five transportation and redevelopment projects as community priorities.
