RESOLUTION NO. 02-12
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE TIMING OF SALARY PAYMENT
FOR THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, The Mayor and City Council are authorized to receive compensation as per
Ordinance #337, Section 210.02, Subd. 1; and 210.02, Subd. 2.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Arden Hills will be paid the amounts specified in Ordinance #337, Section 210.02, Subd. 1; and
210.02, Subd. 2; on a quarterly basis until such time that the Mayor and City Council determine
that they want to be paid on another regularly scheduled basis.
