A RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING THE
2002 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN
ASSESSMENT RATES
WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills
ordered the making of the 2002 Street Improvements; and
WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorizcd the preparation of detailed plans
and specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 2002 Pavement Management
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has detcrmined that the 2002 Pavement
Management Plan consists of two distinct levels of street repair; and the reconstruction of
Hunters Court and Waldon Place, and
WHEREAS, those levels will be total street reconstruction, and bituminous overlay,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of
Arden Hills, l'vlinnesota,
L The residential property assessment rate for complete street reconstruction,
including pavement removal, subgrade correction, grading, compaction,
concrete curb and gutter construction, paving, and restoration shall be
established at $51.00 per assessable foot of frontage, as per the City's
assessment policy.
ADOPTED by the Council this 24'" day of June, 2002.
