RESOLUTION NO. 02-38
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2002 REVISED BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council
has met several times for the purpose of discussing the 2002 budget; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold
a public hearing to adopt a budget; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that the attached 2002 budget be adopted and approved:
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 26th DAY OF AUGUST, 2002.
