RESOLUTION NO. 02-40
A RESOLUTION
AWARDING THE BID FOR
2002 STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
FOR CHARLES PERRY PARK AND CUMMINGS PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2002 Storm Drainage
Improvements for Charles Perry Park and Cummings Park, bids were received, opened and
tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:
Dryden Excavating
Blacktop Repair Services, Inc.
Jay Bros., Inc.
Lametti and Sons, Inc.
$ 66,500.00
67,845.00
70,431.50
166,150.00
AND WHEREAS, it appears that Dryden Excavating is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1.
The bid for the 2002 Storm Drainage Improvements for Charles Perry Park
and Cummings Park be awarded to Dryden Excavating according to the plans
and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.

PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F ARDEN HILLS
THIS 12th DAY OF AUGUST, 2002.
