RESOLUTION NO. 02-41
A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION
FOR AN EXEMPT GAMBLING PERMIT
FOR SPORTSPHERE FOUNDATION at BETHEL COLLEGE
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the
application for authorization to conduct a one day exempt charitable gambling raffle activity at
the Hargis Park Stadium at Bethel College at the conclusion of a Sportsphere Foundation
baseball tournament to be held August 18, 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approves the application with no
waiting period.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THIS 12th DAY OF AUGUST, 2002.
