Home My WebLink About02-048 . . . ~ /],\~HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY ST ATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 02-48 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2002 WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills Code of Ordinances provides that fees be established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; and WHEREAS, the Council previously approved Resolution #01-28, establishing the 2002 fee schedule on the same date the recodification of city ordinances was approved in Ordinance No.335; and WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fees charged by the City, and would recommend that the attached fee schedule be in effect for the balance of year 2002; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Conncil of the City of Arden Hills that the attached fee schedule be adopted: (See Attachment) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees shall hecome effective September 30, 2002.
